What may be published
Every website published with Tsurito is on the internet, on our address or on its own domain, and the ones their owners share are shown in a gallery for everyone. These are the rules for what Tsurito publishes. They are part of our Terms of service, and they apply to every website, free or paid, and to everything shown in the gallery.
Never published
What is a crime almost anywhere is never published, on any website:
- sexual content involving minors;
- inciting or glorifying terrorism, or violence against people;
- selling or offering illegal drugs, illegal weapons, stolen goods or forged documents;
- fraud, phishing, or pretending to be a real company, bank or authority to take people's money or details;
- malicious software;
- harassing or threatening a real person;
- human trafficking;
- hate speech that the law forbids: inciting hatred or violence against people for who they are;
- anything else that breaks the law where it is published or where it is read.
Only on a website with a subscription, and never in the gallery
Some content is legal but not for everyone. It may be published only on a website with a subscription, with its own domain. It never appears in the gallery. This includes:
- sexual or erotic content for adults, and nudity;
- graphic violence;
- weapons sold or promoted;
- gambling;
- drugs, where they are legal;
- tobacco or vaping products sold;
- a website mainly about a contested political or religious cause;
- anything whose main purpose is to shock.
The owner of such a website must follow every law that applies to it, for example rules on age checks or licences.
Not welcome anywhere
- Websites made only to fool search engines.
- Copies of other people's work, websites or brands, without their permission.
- Anything that sends mail or messages that people did not ask for.
- Using the contact form of a website to send unwanted messages..
- Trying to get around the limits of free websites, for example by opening many accounts..
- Trying to harm the service, other websites or the people who visit them..
How the rules are applied
When you publish, you confirm that the website is yours to publish, that you hold the rights to its texts, images and brands, that it breaks no law and carries nothing illegal, violent or pornographic, and that it follows these terms. Your own assistant, on your own computer, takes a last look and stops the publish only when it finds something that is never published; if you think it is wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.
After a website is published, anyone can report it with the flag on a free website or on our report page. A person reads every report and decides. A free website with three reports from different people saying it is a scam, against the law or adult content rests until we have read them.
If a website breaks these rules, we may take it off the internet. If an account breaks them seriously or again and again, we may suspend it or close it. Each time, we write to the owner with the reason and how to answer. How this works is on the page Reports and the Digital Services Act, and what it means for your account is in our Terms of service.
