Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Tsurito. Please read them. They are written in plain words. The rules for what may be published, on the page What may be published, and our Data processing terms are part of them.

Who you agree with

You agree with Miguel Angel Avalos Fernandez, self-employed, trading as AVALSYS, with tax identification number 38830598C and address at Av. Ernest Lluch 32, TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme TCM 3, 08302 Mataró, Spain. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AVALSYS.

When you pay for a website, you buy its subscription from Polar, which sells it as merchant of record under its own terms. Polar charges you, sends your receipts and handles refunds.

Words we use

  • Tsurito means the application, the service, the connector, the cloud and this website together.
  • The application is the program you install on your computer.
  • The service is our online service that publishes your websites, keeps their versions and serves them on the internet.
  • A free website is a website published without a subscription, on our address, with a small badge.
  • A website with a subscription is a website with its own monthly subscription, as opposed to a free website.
  • A website in its fourteen days is a published website that, once per account, has what a subscription includes for fourteen days, with no card and no extras; when they end it is a free website again, and its domain sends visitors to the free address for fourteen days.
  • A page view is one page of a website served to a visitor.
  • The gallery is the public page where websites made with Tsurito are shown.

The service

The application makes and changes websites on your computer. It uses Claude (Claude Code) or ChatGPT (Codex), under your own subscription with Anthropic or OpenAI. We do not provide these assistants and we do not pay for them.

The service publishes your websites, keeps their versions, serves them on the internet, connects your own domain to a website with a subscription, forwards the messages of their contact forms to you, counts their page views without cookies, and shows websites in the gallery.

The application runs on macOS today; other systems follow.

Your account

You need an account to publish. You sign in with your email address, or with Google or Apple. To publish a website, connect a domain, confirm a contact address or pay, your email address must be confirmed.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. If you use Tsurito for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Free websites

You can make as many websites as you like on your computer. You can publish 3 of them free. A free website:

  • is on our address, with a small badge that links to Tsurito and to a way to report the website;
  • is shown in the gallery only if you choose so when you publish, and after we have looked at it;
  • includes 5,000 page views each calendar month;
  • keeps its latest version;
  • can receive 50 contact messages a month;
  • shares 500 MB of space with your other free websites;
  • can be published up to 20 times a day, counted across your free websites.

When a free website reaches its 5,000 page views, it rests until the end of the month. While it rests, its pages show a short notice instead of the website. At the start of the next month it comes back by itself. We tell you by email before it happens.

We may limit how many new accounts can start publishing from one internet connection in one day, to prevent abuse.

Websites with a subscription

A website with a subscription includes:

  • one domain of its own;
  • no badge;
  • 100,000 page views in each subscription period;
  • visitor numbers, counted without cookies, if you switch them on;
  • its latest 30 versions kept, so you can go back to any of them;
  • 1,000 contact messages a month;
  • 2 GB of space of its own;
  • the choice of being in the gallery or not, as every website has.

Price

Each website with a subscription costs, each month:

Websites with a subscription in your accountPrice per website, per month
Every website, however many€9.00

Every website costs the same. An account may have a partner price agreed with us, which then applies to all its websites. These prices are before taxes: VAT or sales tax is added at checkout, depending on your country, and shown before you pay. Our pricing page shows the price with the VAT of your country when you visit it from the European Union. The application shows the price before you start a subscription.

One subscription for all your websites with a subscription

Your account has one monthly subscription. Each website with a subscription is one place in it. When you add a website with a subscription, the subscription grows at once, and you pay the part of the month that is left. When you stop paying for a website, the subscription shrinks at the next renewal.

Renewal

The subscription renews each month on the same day until you cancel it. Polar charges it and sends you a receipt. We do not offer yearly subscriptions.

If a payment fails, Polar tells you by email and tries again during 21 days. Your websites keep everything during that time. If every attempt fails, the subscription ends.

Beyond what is included

A website with a subscription includes 100,000 page views in each subscription period, from one renewal day to the next, 2 GB of space, 1,000 contact messages a month and one domain of its own. Beyond them, each further 10,000 page views, 2 GB of space or 1,000 messages, or part of them, and each further domain, adds €1.00 + VAT to that period, charged with the renewal after a summary three days before; or you choose that the website stops at its limit. For page views you choose what happens when it reaches them:

  • It carries on. Each further 10,000 page views, or part of them, cost €1.00 + VAT. We add them up and send you a summary three days before the renewal. Polar charges them with that renewal. Page views of the last three days are counted in the next period.
  • It stops at the limit. The website rests until the next period, as a free website does. It is never charged for page views.

We warn you by email and in the application at 50%, 80% and 95% of what is included, when the limit is reached, and at every further 10,000 page views. Each warning has a link that stops the website at its limit with one click.

When a website's subscription ends, the page views beyond those included are charged on the day it ends. Page views of its last three days are not charged.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the subscription of a website at any time, in the application. We may ask why you are leaving. Answering is optional.

When you cancel, the website keeps everything until the end of the month already paid. That month is not refunded. You can reactivate the subscription before that day, in the application, and nothing more is charged until the renewal.

For the right of withdrawal in the European Union, see Right of withdrawal.

When a paid period ends

At the end of the last paid month:

  • if you have fewer than 3 free websites published, the website becomes a free website again. It goes back to our address with the badge, for fourteen days its domain sends visitors to that address and then no longer leads to it, its visitor numbers stop counting and its older versions can no longer be put back, both kept for fourteen days so that a subscription within them brings them back, and deleted after that;
  • if you already have 3 free websites published, the website is taken off the internet and removed from the service.

In both cases the website stays on your computer. We tell you seven days before, and again on the day.

If you took the website off the internet and cancelled its subscription, it is removed from the service at the end of the paid month, unless you publish it again before then.

Deleting a website or your account

A website with an active subscription cannot be deleted. Please cancel its subscription first. Then you can delete the website. The same rule applies to deleting your account while any of its websites has an active subscription.

Deleting a website removes it from the internet and from the service. Deleting your account removes all your websites. See our Privacy policy for what we keep after deletion and why.

Before you delete anything, you can download a copy of your account and of the latest version of each website, in the application, in "Settings", "Your data".

Your websites are yours

What you publish stays yours. We do not claim any ownership of it.

You give us permission to store your websites, copy them where serving them needs, show them at their addresses and domains, and show them in the gallery when they are there. This permission is worldwide and free of charge. It lasts while the website is published, and for as long as we keep copies under our Privacy policy.

The gallery lets other people start a website only from our own designs. A website of yours is shown there, and it cannot be copied through Tsurito. We look at each website before it appears in the gallery, and we may leave it out or take it out at any time, without giving a reason. The gallery is our showcase; your website stays published all the same.

You are responsible for what you publish. You must have the right to publish it, including texts, pictures, names and brands. You must follow the law where you publish and where it is read. Tsurito does not add legal pages to your website or check them: whether your website needs a legal notice, a privacy page or any other, and what they say, is yours to decide, and your assistant can write them when you ask.

When your website's contact form receives a message, we pass it to you on your behalf. You are responsible for the personal data of the people who write to you and who visit your website: under the GDPR you are its controller, and we process it for you. Our Data processing terms say how, and they are part of these terms.

What may be published

The rules are on the page What may be published. They are part of these terms.

When you publish, you confirm that the website is yours to publish, that you hold the rights to its texts, images and brands, that it breaks no law and carries nothing illegal, violent or pornographic, and that it follows these terms. Your own assistant, on your own computer, takes a last look and stops the publish only when it finds something that is never published; if you think it is wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.

Reports, taking a website down, and your account

Anyone can report a website, from the flag on a free website or from our report page. A person reads every report. How reports are handled is described on the page Reports and the Digital Services Act.

When a website is reported

A free website with three reports from different people saying it is a scam, against the law or adult content rests until we have read them. While it rests, it shows a notice that it will be back soon. A website with a subscription is taken down only by a person.

If a website breaks the law or our rules, we take it off the internet. Nothing is deleted. We write to you with the reason, what was restricted, that a person decided it, and how to answer.

Suspending an account

While we look into something serious, we may suspend an account until a date we tell you. While an account is suspended:

  • its websites are off the internet;
  • nothing can be published, connected or sent from it;
  • you can still sign in, see your account, download a copy of it and ask for its deletion;
  • your subscriptions stay as they are.

We write to you with what we are looking at and by when we will decide. When the suspension ends, everything it took comes back.

Closing an account

We may close an account that publishes what our rules forbid. When we close an account:

  • its websites go off the internet, with no end date;
  • nothing more can be published, connected or sent from it;
  • the subscription of each of its websites is cancelled at the end of the month already paid, and nothing more is charged after that;
  • any early access is withdrawn;
  • you can still download a copy of your account and ask for its deletion.

We write to you with the facts, the rule that was broken, and how to answer. We keep the email address of a closed account so that it stays closed, as our Privacy policy explains.

How to disagree

A person decides every takedown, every suspension and every closing. If you disagree, reply to the email we sent you. A person will look at everything again and answer you. You can also go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or to the courts.

Early access

The connector in Claude and ChatGPT and the cloud with our own assistant are in early access. Only accounts we have invited can use them.

  • You can ask for an invitation on the page Early access. We decide whom to invite.
  • An invitation belongs to the email address it was given to. It becomes your account's when you sign in with that confirmed address. It cannot be passed on.
  • Early access is a test. Things may change, stop working or be removed. We may end your early access at any time, and we will tell you by email.
  • Ending early access does not change your account, your websites or your subscriptions.
  • The connector uses your own Claude or ChatGPT, under your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI. It costs nothing on top of your websites.
  • When the cloud with our own assistant opens, it is paid with a monthly subscription of credits, separate from your websites, under terms published before it opens.

AI and what it makes

AI makes and changes your websites. AI can make mistakes. It can write something wrong, out of date or not suitable for your business. Please read your website before you publish it. You decide what is published, and you press the button that publishes it.

In the application and the connector, the AI is your own Claude or ChatGPT. Anthropic or OpenAI provide it to you under your own agreement with them, and we are not responsible for how their AI works.

In the cloud, the AI is our own assistant. We choose the models it uses. We check that what it changes follows the structure of your website, but we cannot promise that what it writes is correct.

Publishing and payments are never decided by AI. See How we use AI.

Availability

We work to keep your websites online and fast. We cannot promise that the service will never stop. We may need to stop it for maintenance, and things outside our control can stop it. We do not promise a level of availability. If a stop is long or repeated, you can cancel the subscription of any website at any time, as these terms say, and nothing more is charged.

We may change Tsurito over time. If a change removes something you pay for, we tell you before it applies. Prices change only between paid months, never within one, and we tell you before.

Keep your websites on your computer. The service keeps your published versions, but it is not a backup of your work.

Our responsibility

Our responsibility to you for everything under these terms, added together, is limited to what you paid for Tsurito in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss. We are not responsible for indirect loss, for example lost sales, lost profit, lost data or the cost of a replacement service.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or harm to life or health. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in the application at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using Tsurito and cancel your subscriptions before the change applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of the place of our address are competent. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of that country.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025. If you are a consumer in Spain, you can turn to the consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) through the arbitration board of your region, or to the consumer office where you live. Consumers elsewhere in the European Union can turn to their European Consumer Centre. We are not adhered to any arbitration scheme; we decide for each case whether to take part.

These terms are made in English. If a translation of them differs from the English text, the English text applies.
