Terms of service

An earlier version. These are our terms of 18 October 2026, kept for you to read. They were replaced on 20 October 2026 for new accounts, and on 19 November 2026 for accounts that already existed. The terms that apply now are on the page Terms of service.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Tsurito. Please read them. They are written in plain words. The rules for what may be published, on the page What may be published, and our Data processing terms are part of them.

Who you agree with

You agree with Miguel Angel Avalos Fernandez, self-employed, trading as AVALSYS, with tax identification number 38830598C and address at Av. Ernest Lluch 32, TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme TCM 3, 08302 Mataró, Spain. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AVALSYS.

When you pay for a website, you buy its subscription from Polar, which sells it as merchant of record under its own terms. Polar charges you, sends your receipts and handles refunds.

Words we use

  • Tsurito means Tsurito Studio, Tsurito Panel, the service, the connector and this website together.
  • Tsurito Studio, or Studio, is the application you install on your computer.
  • Tsurito Panel, or the Panel, is your account on the web, where you see your account and your websites from any browser.
  • The service is our online service that publishes your websites, keeps their versions and serves them on the internet.
  • Email is the part of the service that keeps your contacts and sends your emails to them, from your own domain: your newsletters to their subscribers, and direct emails to the contacts you choose.
  • A free website is a website published without a subscription, on our address, with a small badge.
  • A website with a subscription is a website with its own monthly subscription, as opposed to a free website.
  • A website in its 14 days is a published website that, once per account, has what a subscription includes for 14 days, with no card and no extras; when they end it is a free website again, and its domain sends visitors to the free address for 14 days.
  • A page view is one page of a website served to a visitor.
  • The gallery is the public page where websites made with Tsurito are shown.

The service

Studio makes and changes websites on your computer. It uses Claude (Claude Code) or ChatGPT (Codex), under your own subscription with Anthropic or OpenAI. We do not provide these assistants and we do not pay for them.

The service publishes your websites, keeps their versions, serves them on the internet, connects your own domain to a website with a subscription, forwards the messages of their contact forms to you, counts their page views without cookies, and shows websites in the gallery.

With Email, the service also keeps your register of contacts and sends your emails to them: the issues of your newsletters and your direct emails. It has a section of its own below.

Studio runs on macOS today; other systems follow.

Your account

You need an account to publish. You sign in with your email address, or with Google or Apple. To publish a website, connect a domain, confirm a contact address or pay, your email address must be confirmed.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. If you use Tsurito for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

People you invite

When you invite other people to work in your account, you, as its holder, answer for them and for what they do in it. Someone who leaves your account, or whom you remove from it, keeps what they already brought to their own computer.

Free websites

You can make as many websites as you like on your computer. You can publish 3 of them free. A free website:

  • is on our address, with a small badge that links to Tsurito and to a way to report the website;
  • is shown in the gallery only if you choose so when you publish, and after we have looked at it;
  • includes 5,000 page views each calendar month;
  • keeps its latest version;
  • can receive 50 contact messages a month;
  • shares 500 MB of space with your other free websites;
  • can be published up to 20 times a day, counted across your free websites.

When a free website reaches its 5,000 page views, it rests until the end of the month. While it rests, its pages show a short notice instead of the website. At the start of the next month it comes back by itself. We tell you by email before it happens.

We may limit how many new accounts can start publishing from one internet connection in one day, to prevent abuse.

Websites with a subscription

A website with a subscription includes:

  • one domain of its own;
  • no badge;
  • 100,000 page views in each subscription period;
  • visitor numbers, counted without cookies, if you switch them on;
  • its latest 30 versions kept, so you can go back to any of them;
  • 1,000 contact messages a month;
  • 2 GB of space of its own;
  • the choice of being in the gallery or not, as every website has.

Price

Each website with a subscription costs, each month:

Websites with a subscription in your accountPrice per website, per month
Every website, however many€9.00

Every website costs the same. An account may have a special price agreed with us, which then applies to all its websites. These prices are before taxes: VAT or sales tax is added at checkout, depending on your country, and shown before you pay. Our pricing page shows the price with the VAT of your country when you visit it from the European Union. Studio shows the price before you start a subscription.

One subscription for all your websites with a subscription

Your account has one monthly subscription. Each website with a subscription is one place in it. When you add a website with a subscription, the subscription grows at once, and you pay the part of the month that is left. When you stop paying for a website, the subscription shrinks at the next renewal.

Renewal

The subscription renews each month on the same day until you cancel it. Polar charges it and sends you a receipt. We do not offer yearly subscriptions.

If a payment fails, Polar tells you by email and tries again during 21 days. Your websites keep everything during that time. If every attempt fails, the subscription ends.

Beyond what is included

A website with a subscription includes 100,000 page views in each subscription period, from one renewal day to the next, 2 GB of space, 1,000 contact messages a month and one domain of its own. Beyond them, each further 10,000 page views, 2 GB of space or 1,000 messages, or part of them, and each further domain, adds €1.00 + VAT to that period, charged with the renewal after a summary three days before; or you choose that the website stops at its limit. For page views you choose what happens when it reaches them:

  • It carries on. Each further 10,000 page views, or part of them, cost €1.00 + VAT. We add them up and send you a summary three days before the renewal. Polar charges them with that renewal. Page views of the last three days are counted in the next period.
  • It stops at the limit. The website rests until the next period, as a free website does. It is never charged for page views.

We warn you by email and in Studio at 50%, 80% and 95% of what is included, when the limit is reached, and at every further 10,000 page views. Each warning has a link that stops the website at its limit with one click.

When a website's subscription ends, the page views beyond those included are charged on the day it ends. Page views of its last three days are not charged.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the subscription of a website at any time, in Studio. We may ask why you are leaving. Answering is optional.

When you cancel, the website keeps everything until the end of the month already paid. That month is not refunded. You can reactivate the subscription before that day, in Studio, and nothing more is charged until the renewal.

For the right of withdrawal in the European Union, see Right of withdrawal.

When a paid period ends

At the end of the last paid month:

  • if you have fewer than 3 free websites published, the website becomes a free website again. It goes back to our address with the badge, for 14 days its domain sends visitors to that address and then no longer leads to it, its visitor numbers stop counting and its older versions can no longer be put back, both kept for 14 days so that a subscription within them brings them back, and deleted after that;
  • if you already have 3 free websites published, the website is taken off the internet and removed from the service.

In both cases the website stays on your computer. We tell you seven days before, and again on the day.

If you took the website off the internet and cancelled its subscription, it is removed from the service at the end of the paid month, unless you publish it again before then.

Deleting a website, and closing your account

Deleting a website

A website with an active subscription cannot be deleted. Please cancel its subscription first. Then you can delete the website.

Deleting a website removes it from the internet and from the service. Its files are kept out of reach for 30 days, so that a mistake can still be put right, and are then deleted for good. Before you delete it, you can export its versions, as Your data, and switching says.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time, in Studio or the Panel, under "Your data". When you close it:

  • your websites go off the internet the same day;
  • the subscription of each website is cancelled, so nothing renews; the month already paid is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal;
  • for 30 days, you can still sign in to look at everything and export it, and nothing else;
  • at the end of those 30 days, your account and everything in it are erased.

If you have what you need sooner, "Erase now" erases it all at once. We confirm the closing and the erasing by email. See our Privacy policy for what we keep after erasing and why.

Your websites are yours

What you publish stays yours. We do not claim any ownership of it.

You give us permission to store your websites, copy them where serving them needs, show them at their addresses and domains, and show them in the gallery when they are there. This permission is worldwide and free of charge. It lasts while the website is published, and for as long as we keep copies under our Privacy policy.

The gallery lets other people start a website only from our own designs. A website of yours is shown there, and it cannot be copied through Tsurito. We look at each website before it appears in the gallery, and we may leave it out or take it out at any time, without giving a reason. The gallery is our showcase; your website stays published all the same.

You are responsible for what you publish. You must have the right to publish it, including texts, pictures, names and brands. You must follow the law where you publish and where it is read. Tsurito does not add legal pages to your website or check them: whether your website needs a legal notice, a privacy page or any other, and what they say, is yours to decide, and your assistant can write them when you ask.

When your website's contact form receives a message, we pass it to you on your behalf. You are responsible for the personal data of the people who write to you and who visit your website: under the GDPR you are its controller, and we process it for you. Our Data processing terms say how, and they are part of these terms.

Email

Email keeps your contacts and sends your emails to them, from your own domain, in two ways:

  • Newsletters: each issue goes to the newsletter's subscribers.
  • Direct emails: each goes to the contacts you choose, among those its type of email allows.

When you use it, this section adds to the rest of these terms.

Before you send

  • Email needs at least one website with a subscription in your account. A website in its 14 days does not count.
  • Before you pay, we review your account. You tell us what you will send, to whom, and where your contacts come from. A person answers by email, always with the reason.
  • If we refuse, nothing is charged. You can answer with more, and we review it again.
  • Once approved, you have 30 days to turn Email on. Turning it on accepts our Data processing terms for Email, and adds Email to your subscription.
  • Nothing is sent until your domain is ready to send from.

Your contacts are yours

Under the GDPR you are the controller of your contacts' data, and we process it for you under our Data processing terms. You answer for it:

  • You have a lawful basis for each contact you add or import, and for every email you send. When you declare a basis or import contacts, you confirm it, and we record who did it and when.
  • You send each direct email with the right type of email. A type is either a service type, for your own organisation's business, or a commercial one. A service type, such as Notices, carries no promotion: an email that promotes anything goes as a commercial type.
  • Before you send advertising to people who receive it as members or clients, rather than on their consent, you check the advertising exclusion lists where the law asks for it, as it does in Spain. We cannot check them for you.
  • You tell your contacts who you are and what you do with their data. People you import, who did not sign up with you, must be told at the latest with your first email. The footer of every email links to your privacy page for that.
  • You follow the laws on sending email, such as those on commercial email, where you send from and where your contacts are.
  • You follow the rules of What may be sent. They are part of these terms.

Limits and pauses

  • Sending starts with a limit we set when we approve your account. It grows by itself while few of your emails bounce or are complained about.
  • If bounces or complaints go beyond our limits, or a send breaks our rules, we pause your sending. We tell you why, with its numbers.
  • While sending is paused, you keep working with your contacts and emails and can export them, and Email is not charged.
  • Only one of us resumes sending, after you ask for a review saying what you fixed. We may resume it with a lower limit for some days, or keep the pause and tell you why.
  • For serious or repeated abuse, we may close your account, as Closing an account says. What was paid is not refunded.

Turning Email off

You can turn Email off at any time. 30 days later, your contacts, emails and sends are erased. We write to you before, with a way to export them. If you turn it on again before then, nothing is erased.

Your data, and switching

Your content and your websites are yours. You can take them with you whenever you like, to keep them or to move to another service, and the European Union's Data Act gives you that right too.

What you can export

  • each kept version of each of your websites, as the finished website, with its texts and its images;
  • the statistics of each website: its visitor numbers when they are switched on, and its monthly counts of page views, space and messages;
  • the data of your account: what we keep about you, your websites and your subscription;
  • as each arrives in Tsurito, your newsletters' issues and your direct emails, your contacts with the permissions they gave you, and what other services added to your account hold.

How

You export on screen, yourself, at any time, without asking us and without notice: a version or a website's statistics in Studio or the Panel, and the data of your account under "Your data". Each account can export up to 20 versions and 20 sets of statistics a day; the screen says when the next one is possible.

Exporting is free, and so is leaving. We never charge for exporting your data or for switching to another service.

Formats

A version comes as one zip file: the website as it is served, ready for any web hosting, with its texts as files of their own. Statistics come as CSV files, and the data of your account as a JSON file. The page Export a version in our documentation lists every format and what each file holds, and we keep it up to date.

What stays ours

What we made to build and run websites is ours, and is not exported. It is our own work and holds our trade secrets:

  • our designs and the design library; a version you export keeps its look, as part of the finished website;
  • the instructions and guides we give your assistant;
  • the configuration of the editor;
  • our scripts;
  • how we structure and organise websites, versions and projects.

None of it is needed to take your website elsewhere: what you export is a complete website.

Ending the contract

You can end your contract with us at any time, by closing your account. Closing your account ends the contract, and the email that confirms the closing is our notice of it. For 30 days after that, you can still sign in and export everything listed above; then it is erased, as Closing your account says.

If you are moving to another service and need help, write to us at hello@tsurito.com, and we will help you as far as we reasonably can.

What may be published

The rules are on the page What may be published. They are part of these terms.

When you publish, you confirm that the website is yours to publish, that you hold the rights to its texts, images and brands, that it breaks no law and carries nothing illegal, violent or pornographic, and that it follows these terms. Your own assistant, on your own computer, takes a last look and stops the publish only when it finds something that is never published; if you think it is wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.

Reports, taking a website down, and your account

Anyone can report a website, from the flag on a free website or from our report page. A person reads every report. How reports are handled is described on the page Reports and the Digital Services Act.

When a website is reported

A free website with three reports from different people saying it is a scam, against the law or adult content rests until we have read them. While it rests, it shows a notice that it will be back soon. A website with a subscription is taken down only by a person.

If a website breaks the law or our rules, we take it off the internet. Nothing is deleted. We write to you with the reason, what was restricted, that a person decided it, and how to answer.

Suspending an account

While we look into something serious, we may suspend an account until a date we tell you. While an account is suspended:

  • its websites are off the internet;
  • nothing can be published, connected or sent from it;
  • you can still sign in, see your account, export what is yours and ask for its deletion;
  • your subscriptions stay as they are.

We write to you with what we are looking at and by when we will decide. When the suspension ends, everything it took comes back.

Closing an account

We may close an account that publishes or sends what our rules forbid. When we close an account:

  • its websites go off the internet, with no end date;
  • nothing more can be published, connected or sent from it;
  • the subscription of each of its websites is cancelled at the end of the month already paid, and nothing more is charged after that;
  • any early access is withdrawn;
  • you can still export what is yours and ask for its deletion.

We write to you with the facts, the rule that was broken, and how to answer. We keep the email address of a closed account so that it stays closed, as our Privacy policy explains.

How to disagree

A person decides every takedown, every suspension and every closing. If you disagree, reply to the email we sent you. A person will look at everything again and answer you. You can also go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or to the courts.

Early access

The connector in Claude and ChatGPT is in early access. Only accounts we have invited can use it.

  • You can ask for an invitation on the page Early access. We decide whom to invite.
  • An invitation belongs to the email address it was given to. It becomes your account's when you sign in with that confirmed address. It cannot be passed on.
  • Early access is a test. Things may change, stop working or be removed. We may end your early access at any time, and we will tell you by email.
  • Ending early access does not change your account, your websites or your subscriptions.
  • The connector uses your own Claude or ChatGPT, under your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI. It costs nothing on top of your websites.

AI and what it makes

AI makes and changes your websites. AI can make mistakes. It can write something wrong, out of date or not suitable for your business. Please read your website before you publish it. You decide what is published, and you press the button that publishes it.

In Studio and the connector, the AI is your own Claude or ChatGPT. Anthropic or OpenAI provide it to you under your own agreement with them, and we are not responsible for how their AI works.

Anthropic and OpenAI decide what their plans include, what they cost and how their assistants may be used from other applications such as Tsurito, and they can change it. We cannot promise that Claude or ChatGPT will keep working with Tsurito, or keep working as they do today. A change on their side does not take your websites off the internet, and you can cancel the subscription of any website at any time, as these terms say.

Publishing and payments are never decided by AI. See How we use AI.

Availability

We work to keep your websites online and fast. We cannot promise that the service will never stop. We may need to stop it for maintenance, and things outside our control can stop it. We do not promise a level of availability. If a stop is long or repeated, you can cancel the subscription of any website at any time, as these terms say, and nothing more is charged.

We may change Tsurito over time. If a change removes something you pay for, we tell you before it applies. Prices change only between paid months, never within one, and we tell you before.

Keep your websites on your computer. The service keeps your published versions, but it is not a backup of your work.

Our responsibility

Our responsibility to you for everything under these terms, added together, is limited to what you paid for Tsurito in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss. We are not responsible for indirect loss, for example lost sales, lost profit, lost data or the cost of a replacement service.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or harm to life or health. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in Studio at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using Tsurito and cancel your subscriptions before the change applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of the place of our address are competent. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of that country.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025. If you are a consumer in Spain, you can turn to the consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) through the arbitration board of your region, or to the consumer office where you live. Consumers elsewhere in the European Union can turn to their European Consumer Centre. We are not adhered to any arbitration scheme; we decide for each case whether to take part.

These terms are made in English. If a translation of them differs from the English text, the English text applies.

Contact

Questions and requests, from you or from any authority, go to hello@tsurito.com. We answer in English or in Spanish. Reports about a website go through the report page, or to abuse@tsurito.com.

Last updated: 18 October 2026. This version applies to new accounts from that day, and from 17 November 2026 to accounts that already existed.

Earlier versions of these terms: 14 October 2026, 8 October 2026.
